- You may view all products available online here and place your orders by adding it to your cart.
- Do check the measurement details per item to be sure that you are getting the correct size. 
- Review your orders through your cart and check out to finalize your orders.
 
Payment
 
Kindly take note of the available modes of payment: 
BDO, BPI, Cebunana, & LBC Deposit
 
- You will receive an order confirmation message via SMS and e-mail within 24 hours. This will include  payment details and other information. 
- We will have your item/s on hold for you for a maximum of 2 business days from the time the confirmation message has been sent to you. Kindly settle your payment on or before then. If you wish to extend your reservation, kindly e-mail us, or message us on facebook.
 
Important: Send a photo of your deposit slip with your name and order number through our facebook page, or to our e-mail: twillcavern@gmail.com. We will begin to process shipping only upon receiving a copy of your deposit slip.
 
Shipping
 
 We ship item/s within 1-2 business days from the time of receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation message via SMS and e-mail together with your tracking  number.

Do you have a shop?
 
We do not have a physical shop as of now. Though we do have pop-ups every so often at fashion events around the Metro. Follow us on instagram to know where we're going next! 
 
Can I have my items exchanged/returned? 
 
Sure, you may have your item/s exchanged within 7 days after receiving them. Refund is not allowed. See here for more details! 
 
Can I order your items which aren't found in your online site?
 
Nope, Only items found in our site are available for online selling. If you wish to see more of our pieces, you may visit us at our next pop-up!
